Description
Carbon works by absorbing contaminants rather than physically straining them out. Granular carbon type cartridges are designed to give the water more contact time with the carbon. This type of cartridge will give your water a 30 second contact time with the carbon when flowing at 3 LPM, in contrast to the 6 seconds achieved by a standard block type cartridge.
Very effective for the removal of chlorine, taste and odour.
