Description
This pressure relief valve ‘T”s off your 1/4″ supply tube into a dry section of the waste water drain pipe using the clamp and fitting supplied. If the water pressure exceeds 110 PSI (housings are certified to 125 PSI) the valve releases water to the drain. This helps protect against water hammer and also thermionic expansion when using undersink chillers where water and hence pressure increases may occur as the temperature drops after long periods of rest. One meter of 1/4″ tube is included in this kit.
